Process management
Using the experience it has gained in a variety of projects, AVEDAS optimises internal information processes and provides solutions to support these processes. AVEDAS works closely with the customer to analyse existing processes and to plan process optimisation and support tools, implementing all of this as part of a change-management process. The aim is to minimise administrative effort by systematically reusing existing information and establish a service-oriented information structure.
Surveying the existing information landscape
During the first stage, AVEDAS maps and analyses the existing information landscape (data sources and updating processes) using personal interviews and exemplary data exports. This also includes an estimation of the optimisation potential.
Designing optimised information processes
In the second stage, AVEDAS plans optimised information processes and supporting tools in conjunction with the customer. A realisation plan takes account of all the required activities and estimates the time and cost involved.
Implementing optimisation activities
The third stage is the implementation of the optimised information processes. This involves changing existing processes, introducing new ones and establishing tailor-made tools as part of the information system. For this process to work, it is vital that it is firmly established with users.
