Newsletter

This module allows sending newsletters to selected persons in the system. To do this, the System Administrators have to carry out the following steps:
  • Select recipients (=persons) directly in the system, based on different attributes and relations (e.g. “Editing status = Published” and “Related to a certain organisation unit”).
  • Select a template for what the newsletter should look like.
  • Write the text for the newsletter in a built-in text editor  to format the text, add links to different items, files and pictures within and beyond the system.
  • Click on "Send Newsletter".
As soon as the newsletter has been sent out, a confirmation is shown.
