Modules
Once the data has been collected and quality assured in
CONVERIS, it can be reused for multiple purposes. Here, you can learn more about the following CONVERIS modules:
Public web: Presents parts of the information in the system over a public web platform.
Publication search: Enables the users to retrieve publication data from external sources such as PubMed and Thomson Reuters.
Publication import: Enables the users to import and export their publication data in EndNote, ReferenceManager and other formats.
CV generator: Enables the users to generate their CVs directly in the system based on the information in the system. The CV automatically opens in MS Word.
Annual reporting: Serves to quality assure what information to include in reporting exercises such as annual reports and the REF.
Contract reports: Offers a row of selection criteria for the user to dynamically generate reports on the projects, their funding and partners. The reports can be generated for any organisational unit, in combination with thematic areas, funding sources, time periods, contract types, etc.
Publication reports: Similar to Grant reports, but on publications. Citations and basic bibliometric indicators are included, if the client has a corresponding subscription to Web of Science (WoS).
Customised export: Enables the user to select any of the information in the system and generate an XML-file that automatically opens in MS Excel.
Newsletter: Enables the System Administrators to send newsletters and other messages to different types of users directly through the system.
Data import: Enables the System Administrators to make batch imports of data in XML-format.
Configuration interface: Enables the client to make re-configurations of CONVERIS without involving AVEDAS.
