The implementation of the Digital Knowledge Base (DKB) has established a tool for structured information exchange within the community of knowledge managers and other people interested in this field.
The DKB is a central contact point that provides easy access to explicit and implicit knowledge as well as to the often unstructured content in the field of knowledge management. It enables the exchange of experiences and supports the community of experts as a virtual communication and knowledge platform.
In addition to the systematic management of skills and expertise, the DKB promotes contacts with experts, further developing individual networks.
